Many customers who choose to purchase industrial large fans know that in addition to after-sales maintenance, the manufacturer also provides a professional installation team to handle the installation work for free. Today, we will discuss the relevant content of the entire installation process.

Industrial large fans are installed at the top and first need to meet the following conditions:

  1. The building structure is an H-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, reinforced concrete beam, or spherical column structure.
  2. The total height of the building should be at least greater than 4.5 meters.
  3. The minimum safe distance between the fan blades and obstacles is 0.2 meters.
  4. The input power supply can be 380V or 220V.

After the above conditions are met, we need to prepare for the installation work. Before installation and debugging, customers need to introduce the construction site in detail, or the manufacturer sends staff to understand the situation on-site, and communicate in advance about any work that may affect the construction.

  1. The equipment is installed and debugged by the supplier for all mechanical and electrical installations, including the cable installation and connection between the large industrial fan control box and the motor. The power supply of the control box is connected by the demand side or assisted by the supplier (the cost of materials should be borne by the demand side).

  2. The cable installation support provided by the manufacturer must meet the national technical standards, and provide wire threading (galvanized pipe) installation. The maximum distance between the large industrial fan and the control box should not exceed 30 meters.

  3. The manufacturer will enter the customer's site according to the plan and complete the installation within the specified time.

  4. The manufacturer is responsible for cleaning up the site debris and keeping the site clean after the installation is complete.

  5. The customer provides necessary personnel cooperation and relevant construction conditions (such as providing space near the installation point that is needed for construction, constructing a high-altitude work platform, etc.).

Mar .04.2026
The energy consumption of industrial large fans' motors is influenced by multiple factors, which can be mainly classified into three categories: the performance of the motor itself, the operating conditions, and the usage environment. Reasonable control of these factors can significantly enhance energy efficiency and reduce operating costs. The performance of the motor itself is the foundation, and different types of motors have obvious differences in energy consumption...
